· Consume the right beverages: Sugary drinks can harm your smile in many ways. They can also lead to obesity, so it’s best to avoid these drinks. We also recommend limiting your alcohol intake because it can irritate the sensitive lining of the mouth and can increase your risk of having oral cancer.
· Get enough calcium: Calcium is a very important mineral to have in your diet. It can prevent bone loss, osteoporosis, and tooth loss. The best way to get the calcium you need is to eat cheese, yogurt, broccoli, spinach, kale, and Swiss chard as well as drink low-fat dairy milk.
